WHAT IS TAUGHT: Working with moldable chocolate, working with molds, *airbrushing freehand, *airbrushing with stencils, working with sprinkle dust pumps, adding dimension and antiquing through painting on your cookies with just the gel colors that you colored your icing with, making and working with icing transfers, creating the puffy look on your cookies, and piping Christmas evergreen. (*You don't need an airbrush for this class. You can use food markers or food coloring to paint your gifts, antiquing, and coffee cup.)
NOTE: Since this is an intermediate class, we will assume you have the basics of Royal Icing down. If you are unsure about icing, please see my Royal Icing Foundations Course. That class goes through, indepth, the recipe, the process, tips and tricks, piping practice, and even snippets of the science behind why our icing acts the way it does. My recipes will not be included in this class.
