It's not necessary that you have these exact cutters. Some of the basics will do, such as different size eggs, a carrot, a full-bodied bunny, and any animal face will do!
WHAT IS TAUGHT: In this 50-minute pre-recorded video, you will learn how to make a basket and hedgehog (or porcupine) out of a simple egg cookie cutter; how to work your icing, as we will spend time practicing with the provided Icing Practice Sheet; getting the right icing consistency for these cookies; the order of making these cookies in order to complete them quickly and efficiently; wet-on-wet polkadots; easy texture for baskets, working with transfers with the provided transfer sheet; putting glasses on your cookies with two provided glasses templates; and detail writing with my favorite food marker pen.
WHAT IS INCLUDED: You will receive a 4-page pdf paper with pictures of these cookies for your reference, Tips on Achieving the Right Icing Consistencies for this class, a Supplies List for making your edible art a success, including a link to the Cookie Cutter Sites and Product Store Sites, an Icing Practice Sheet, Transfer Template, two pair of Glasses Templates for you to choose from, and a personal link to watch the video through the free site of Vimeo at your leisure and as many times as you want for as long as you want.
*Be sure to print off the 4-page pdf document link that comes in your confirmation download (and the same pdf comes with your follow-up e-mail.) Unfortunately, the website automatically erases both after one month, and that's where your password and handouts are located!
