It's that time to make sweet cookies for the sweet people in your life. These cookies contain room for a personalized note to show your love and appreciation.
WHAT IS TAUGHT:
This 1 hour pre-recorded video is great for beginner cookie decorators and those who just love making cute cookies! We spend a half hour working on a paper practice sheet going over the basics of piping, flooding, and making transfers. We work with wet-on-wet techniques, making our cookies pop, and using parchment texture molding. This class was recorded during one of my in-home Sacramento classes, so it will be just like you're sitting in the class (minus any stagnant times). Just put me on pause until you finish each section and pick back up again!
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
You will receive a 6-page pdf paper with a Picture of these cookies, the needed Icing Transfer Templates for making the accessories, Tips on Achieving the Right Icing Consistencies and the colors I use for this class, a Supplies List with quicklinks for making your edible art a success, and the Cookie Design Graphics. You'll also receive a Personal Link to watch the video through a free platform called Vimeo at your leisure and as many times as you want for as long as you want.
*Be sure to print off the pdf document link or save the pdf to your computer file. It will come in your confirmation download with your confirmation (and the same pdf comes with your follow-up e-mail.) Unfortunately, the website automatically erases both after one month, and that's where your password and handouts are located! That way you can always access the video through a push of a button.

In this class I do not give out my cookie recipe or icing recipe. I feel those are processes with a lot of information and deserve their own class. They are found on my Royal Icing Foundations Course and Cookie Dough Foundations Course, or you can use your own recipes. A list of common helpful supplies is included in the pdf.
